N. W. Kendall 1845 - 1846

Born in Oneida County, New York, in 1818, Mr. Kendall came to Platteville in 1836 and in 1846 moved to Lancaster before locating in the village of Wyalusing. Although not an office seeker, Mr. Kendall has been chosen by the people to quite a number of important offices, including the State Legislature in 1868-1869. He was elected sheriff for a two year term in 1844.
